QUALITY POLICY

  • It   is  the   policy   of  SADIP  to supply  our  customers  with  products meeting   perfectly  their stated requirements.

  • Our   products   will   always   perform   their  required functions  safely,  consistently  and  reliably   for  their  intended  use. They are accurate as per   specifications,  drawings,   advertisements    and   sales   promotion, meeting   in  every  respect   the requirements    of  ISO / BS   standards   related    to   our   products.     Through   Metrology   Organization    for   GCC   (GSMO),   SADIP     will  always   assure   an  accurate  and as per specification product.

  • This    company    policy   will  be  implemented at  all stages of activities and  is  supported   by   a   management    system    meeting the requireuirements of ISO 9002-1994, as detailed in this manual.

  • The   General   Manager   acts  as the Management Representative for the Quality  Management   System   and   accepts   full    responsibility   and  authority   for   maintaining    this   policy,   the  system,   its  implemen- tation  and  continued effectiveness.

  • Copies  of  the  manual  and  its  supporting  procedures  are  held by key supervising staff, thereby ensuring that appropriate information is available to all employees.

QUALITY SYSTEM

  • SADIP    operates   a   quality   system   in    accordance  with  ISO 9001 requirements.  The  system  is  designed  mainly  for  the  manufacture of standard K9 Ductile Iron Pipes, Fittings and its accessories complying with the International Standards:

 

  • ISO 253-Ductile iron  pipes, fittings and accessories for pressure pipelines.

  • ISO 4179-Ductile iron  pipes  for  pressure  and  non  pressure  pipelines -Centrifugally cement mortar lining- General requirements.

  • ISO 8179 - External Zinc Coating

  • The  system  will  also  cover  the  supply  of accessories according to the applicable ISO standards notably ISO 8180 for polyethylene sleeving and ISO 4633 for rubber seals.

  • SADIP quality management system comprises three  levels  of documented structures.

LEVEL 1 - QUALITY MANUAL

  • It   includes  the  policy, responsibilities, organization and outline of the system.

LEVEL II - FUNCTIONAL PROCEDURES

  • Defines the business system and control operations.

LEVEL III - SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION

  • It   includes  records,  forms,  standards, codes of practice and work instructions.

 

  • The   effective   implementation   of the system is assured by the delegation of responsibility   for   its   operation   to   suitably   qualified    personnel    and    a  comprehensive system of auditing.
