All pipes at factory are subject to hydrostatic test pressure as follows:

  • DN 100 -300   -----> 60 bars (while ISO 2531 requires 50 bars).

  • DN 350 - 600  -----> 50 bars (while ISO 2531 requires 40 bars).

SADIP  ductile iron pipes and fittings have safety margin above the maximum allowable pressure mentioned in the above table.
